Pro Tip of the Week: Schedule Send in Gmail and iMessage
Gmail (Desktop & Mobile App):

Compose your email.

Tap the arrow next to “Send” (desktop) or the three-dots menu (mobile).

Select “Schedule send” → choose your date and time.
iMessage (iPhone with iOS 18+):
Apple introduced full Send Later support in the Messages app:

Open Messages and enter a chat.

Tap the “+” (Apps) button next to the text field.

Select “Send Later.”

Pick a date/time (up to 14 days ahead).

Type your message and hit the arrow icon to schedule
Your message will appear with a dashed bubble, and you can tap-and-hold to edit, reschedule, or delete before it sends .
“Scheduled messages are encrypted and stored on Apple’s servers until sent,” so they’ll deliver even if you’re offline at the scheduled time."

This simple trick is perfect for avoiding late-night email responses, planning Monday morning follow-ups, and keeping communication strategic without being “always on.” This strategy helps to enforce your working hours, so that your clients don't have to know you're really putting in work at all hours, and can still respect your 9-5 boundaries.
