The TC Exchange: From My Desk, Olivia

Hello TC's!

"Great things are not done by impulse, but by a series of small things brought together." – Vincent Van Gogh

As we move into the final stretch of the year, I’m reminded that business isn’t built in big, flashy moments — it’s in the steady, consistent steps we take every day. The late-night ideas scribbled on paper, the small adjustments to systems, the conversations that spark new directions — they’re what add up to BUILD, LAUNCH, and GROW. This month I’m excited to share a mix of updates, lessons, and behind-the-scenes glimpses. My hope is that, whether you’re in a season of hustle or reflection, you’ll find a nugget here that makes your own work just a little lighter and a little more impactful.

WHAT I’M EXCITED ABOUT

We’re headed into Q4, which means it’s officially Business Planning Season! October is my favorite time of year for reflection and strategy. It’s when I look back at the last 12 months, celebrate the wins, and get real about what needs to shift for the next year. There’s something about hitting pause, re-prioritizing, and setting new goals that feels like a reset button in business — and I can’t wait to dive in.

BOOK I’M READING

The Coaching Habit – Michael Bungay Stanier
A recommendation from our business coach, and such a good one. Stanier’s fast-paced, conversational style makes it easy to apply the “Seven Essential Questions” in coaching — and honestly, I see these skills working in so many areas of business and leadership.

The Hallmarked Man – Robert Galbraith (JK Rowling’s pen name)
Book 8 in the Cormoran Strike series — and I’ve been waiting two years for this one! It’s every bit as good as I hoped so far.

WHAT I’M LISTENING TO

Modern Wisdom – Episode 994, Sam Sulek
Sam Sulek is a bodybuilder and YouTuber, and this episode is all about focus, discipline, and pushing limits. Not my usual type of guest, but I’ve been enjoying the fresh perspective.

WHAT I LEARNED THIS WEEK

One of the biggest lessons that keeps showing up for me is the importance of timing in business. Not every decision should be rushed, even when the pressure feels urgent. Sometimes the smartest move is to wait a little longer than you’re comfortable with so the transition lands smoother for everyone involved. It’s a balance of action and patience — and I’m learning (daily) that both are equally important.

WHAT I’M WORKING ON

We’ve officially finished filming LAUNCH, Course Series #2 â€” and yes, after a few “oops” moments, the re-recordings are even better than the originals! This course takes everything from BUILD and pushes it to the next level, covering:

  • Setting & hitting business goals

  • Scripts + strategies for getting new agent clients

  • On/Off-boarding systems for agents

  • Managing 40+ files with smooth workflows

  • Business basics: accounting, branding, marketing & more

We will be launching this officialy in the next few weeks as we wrap up editing (wish Megan luck).

Thank you for reading The TC Exchange.

See you next month!
