The TC Exchange: From My Desk, Megan
Hello TC's!
I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how easy it is to want results now—more clients, smoother systems, bigger growth. But the truth is, the businesses that thrive long-term aren’t built overnight… they’re built by showing up, doing the reps, and learning to be patient with the process.
If you want to move the needle in your business, it starts with the small, consistent tasks: sending that follow-up, tightening that checklist, blocking the time to work on your business—not just in it.
You don’t need to overhaul everything. You just need to do what matters—and keep doing it.
One rep at a time.

WHAT I’M EXCITED ABOUT
Personal Brand Launch PBL, Social Media Services
We officially kicked off our Personal Brand Launch (PBL) and recorded all of our social media reels last week—and I have to say, it felt amazing to step fully into this next level of visibility and content.
Everything is now in the editing phase, and we’ll start posting next week!
This is a big move for us—and I’m so excited to finally show up consistently and strategically on our platforms.
We’ve been laying the groundwork for a while, and now it’s go time. Can’t wait to see how this grows our reach, impact, and community. 🚀

BOOK I’M READING
Never Lose a Customer Again, By Joey Coleman
This book has completely reframed how I think about onboarding and client retention. Joey Coleman breaks down the first 100 days of the customer experience and how those early moments shape whether someone becomes a raving fan—or quietly disappears.
He walks through 8 emotional stages your client goes through (from awareness to loyalty) and how to intentionally design your process to meet them where they are, especially when doubts start creeping in.
It’s packed with actionable strategies, but the big takeaway?
Retention isn’t reactive—it’s built into the experience from day one.
Highly recommend if you're looking to deepen client loyalty, improve retention, and build a brand that truly delivers.
WHAT I’M WATCHING
The Paper, TV Series (Peacock)
If you are a fan of The Office, this is a new series that comes from the same story writers that is a extension of the documentary team following a new business, this time a newspaper. I have actually been quite pleased with it! They changed it enough that is not the office, but same theme.

WHAT I’M LISTENING TO
Breach, Twenty One Pilots
I have been a fan of Twenty One Pilots since before they were famous :) I went to one of their original concerts that they were headlining. They released a new album this month and I think this one matches more of their original sounds from the 2010's, which I love :)

WHAT I JUST BOUGHT
Whoop, Health Tracking
If you know me, you know I’m always looking for ways to improve—both in business and in life. Lately, I’ve been focusing more on my health, especially managing my autoimmune disease, which can make energy levels, stress, and recovery feel unpredictable.
I recently bought a WHOOP band, and it’s already been a game changer. It’s helped me clearly see how sleep, stress, recovery, and even small daily habits are affecting my body. Instead of guessing how I should feel, I now have actual data guiding me toward what my body needs.
For anyone else navigating health struggles while running a business—this has been a helpful tool to stay accountable, rest when I need to, and optimize the energy I do have.
If you want to try it for yourself, they do offer a free trial (and free device), you just pay shipping! (For me it was $9), link below if you want to give it a try.

Because let’s be honest: your business can only grow as much as you take care of the person building it. <3
WHAT I LEARNED THIS WEEK
Complete the Task, Do the Thing
I heard something from Leila Hormozi that stuck with me:
“The most successful people are the ones who actually complete the task at hand.”
Not the ones with the best ideas. Not the ones constantly starting new things. The ones who actually finish the thing that needs to get done—especially when it’s uncomfortable, repetitive, or not exciting.
Whether it’s writing that follow-up email, launching that marketing piece, or finishing a client system… success comes from showing up and following through.
It’s a reminder I needed this week: you don’t have to do everything—just complete what matters most.
WHAT I’M WORKING ON
PROOF for GROW
Right now, we’re laser-focused on one thing: proof.
As we prep for the launch of our next course, GROW, we’re deep in the data—tracking cold call return rates, marketing performance metrics, conversion timelines, and system outputs. Why? Because we don’t just want to teach theories… we want to show you what actually works.
We’re building this course around real numbers, real scripts, and real systems—so that when we say something works, we can back it up with results.
This isn’t fluff. It’s strategy grounded in evidence.
Because when you’re scaling your TC business, proof > promises.
